As an Exclusive Home Buyer Specialist, Karla solely represents the Buyer, working with all incoming local and relocating clients by:

• Preparing and presenting all offers and subsequent negotiations.
• Negotiating the Purchase Agreement to secure the best interests of the Buyer.

As a Transaction Coordinator, Becca is responsible for the vast number of items that must be completed in order to successfully carry-out and document all Listings and Closings by:

• Working as a liaison between all Closing Parties.
• Insuring that everything is completed according to the terms and timelines of the Contract from escrow-to-close.
• Preparing Listing Agreements and submitting Property Detail Forms to the MLS.
• Gathering feedback from Showings and immediately e-mailing "Showing Feedback Notes" to Sellers.
